Red Chillies — 10 nos

Channa Dal — 1/2 measure

Dhania (Coriander Seeds) — 2 measures

Jeera — 1 tsp

Toor Dal — 1 measure


Dry roast all the ingredients one after another separately. Let it cool and grind to a coarse powder. Store in airtight container.
