Summer is in full swing and we are finally enjoying some warm weather. The best part of Summer is spending time with my kids but just like all good things my time with them comes with a price. Between playing a role of an “all time and all things” negotiator and entertainer I’m overwhelmed with their constant demands of giving them a snack every few hours because they are unable to differentiate between boredom and hunger. That just makes me break my head in figuring out some new snack which will be easy and light.

Isn’t it amazing that this recipe can be made in just under 15 minutes? I’m a big fan of healthy, quick and easy recipes and this one sure tops the list. Many of the Indian snacks need extensive, laborious preparations that can test you on perseverance and patience but this snack is quite easy as a breeze and you’ll be amazed at the results.
