Rice Wrapper Veggie Rolls

“As a rule, children dislike foods which are said to be good for them, or are forced on them, and they take strong fancies to foods which they are not allowed to eat; advantage should be taken of these tendencies.”–Eric Pritchard. I take advantage by disguising the foods that are good to them in fancy dishes and give them names they’ve never heard off and they seem to enjoy the new dish. To be honest, Want to know more about this recipe?

Grilled Avocado Cheese Sandwich

My kids are not big fan of sandwiches, but these avocado sandwiches which is so bland and nothing that would tickle the Indian tongue’s spiciness has become their new favorite. I don’t cook anything elaborate if I have to cook just for my kids, simplicity is the key to their liking. It’s either grilled cheese sandwiches or other kid’s friendly dishes. Cheese Stick or Cheese In a Stick?

“I wish my stove came with Save As button like word has. That way I could experiment my cooking and not fear ruining my dinner.” -Jarod Kintz. Don’t we all? Refreshing Green Papaya Salad

Salads are refreshing and can be a great way to start a meal. I don’t advocate on only salad diets but do find them fulfilling if made with interesting flavors to appease one’s palate. I used to think lettuce is a mandatory ingredient in a salad and just the thought of munching on raw leaf would makes me run away from salad bars. Interestingly our favorite dine in place is a local salad bar cum Want to know more about this recipe?
